Last Transfer

The time is coming, near at hand. This week I will start my last transfer on mission. About 6 more weeks. What a ride. Alright let's talk about my week.

Was a good week. Busy with planning and preparing for Elder Mabuku to leave. We had a devotional with President and Sister Beeson on Wednesday. They are great and are bringing in a lot of energy to the mission which is awesome. I'm excited to work with them. They helped us realign our purpose as missionaries and gave some good trainings.

I had an exchange on Friday with an Elder named Elder Boone. Good guy. We went to their area so it was cool to see another side of my zone for a day.

We got transfer news on Sunday evening. My new and last companion on mission is named Elder Wood. I've heard good things about him and I've talked with him a few times in the past. I'm excited to work with him. I'll be very sad to see Elder Mabuku leave though, we have built a great friendship. He'll be off to Zimbabwe on Thursday so congratulations to him.

This next week is going to be a busy one full of meetings, transfer traveling, and tons of planning and goal setting. Let's go.

In my personal studies these last couple days I've been reading through the Book of Mormon. I'm in 3 Nephi where the Resurrected Jesus Christ comes to teach and see the Nephites. I'm so grateful for the teachings in this book and the spirit of peace and truth that I feel everytime I read. Where would I be with out it. If you believe, keep on reading. If you don't, I invite you to pray to know if its true and read as you do so. I promise it won't lead you astray. Bottom line is that it talks about Jesus christ, no harm in that.

Love you all once again. Happy 4th of July too! Oh the miracles and blessings we have in the United States. We may be far from perfect, but living in a 3rd world country for some amount of time now, I won't ever take anything for granted.

To all my friends going home this week, Hurrah For Israel!!

Till next time,

Much Love,

Elder Busschau.
