6 Months Left?

Hey Everybody! Hope you've been well. This email won't be too long because not a lot happened but still got to write. 



Last Monday I wrote about Shai Hills. Again was a great place to see and a fun adventure seeing all of the views. 



Tuesday we did a lot of finding and knocking on gates to meet new people. That whole day. Good times.



Wednesday we had a zone conference! It was a much needed one also and the spirit was strong there. The whole conference was centered on Jesus Christ. How he suffered for us, the difference between Grace and works, Mercy and Justice and how we can help people better come closer to Him. Was great! 



Thursday we did some plannings and taught people. In the evening time we went to an area in our zone to do an exchange. 



Friday we were in an area called Official Town and doing some of our work there. Cool place, it is more in deep ashaiman. I went with Elder Layton and Loving went with Elder Conder. 



Saturday we were back in Bethlehem doing the work. We went around just talking with a lot of people and meeting some people we haven't talked to in a while. Pretty good day. 



Sunday we had a good sabbath day. Church was great and then we had some reports and calls afterwards. Nothing to fascinating.



Well sorry for the short email, not much to talk about. I did hit 18 months on Mission this past week though. Its crazy to think I've been on my mission that long already. I've learnt so much and have truly grown my relationship with my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I'll be Trying my best to make the most of these last 6 months I have. Hooray for Israel!!

The Last *Full* Week

Yep, you read it correctly. This upcoming week is my last Monday to Sunday on mission. The week after I go home. Fly home that is. What an exhilarating time to be in. I am excited. But till that day comes, I'm here working and putting my last finishing touches in Ghana. The work is sweet, divine, and no where near my own work, but I'm here helping it.  This past week we've had some interesting experiences. We met an old African American women who was anti and didn't like white people. Was sad to see, someone so lost believing anything she sees online and giving no time or thought to the actual truth. Where truth is the spirit manifests itself, during that conversation there was no spirit, and not an ounce of happiness from her face. The gospel I Share brings joy to my heart everytime and to others it is shared with, as they embrace it. Please remember this when going around sifting through truth. The Home Stretch

I'm just going to say sorry right now that these last couple emails are probably going to be short because there's just a lot of preparation going on and just a lot of teaching, nothing big is really happening right now. So with that... I had a good exchange on Wednesday with some Elders. I went with Elder Miles from Utah. He has a lot of potential.  We did a lot of finding this week with trying to find new people to teach. We will always see some funny sign boards or some weird name of a place. This week I found New York! Pic below. We also just went up some mountains trying to find people. Even the mountain people need the gospel and ordinances. Good times.  Now we are up to Busschau 3 - Rat (we have found out that these are RATS) 0. That's what they get for peeing on my clothes.  So I have 2 more pdays after today. Busschau 2 - Mouse 0

Yeah we have a mouse problem. Let's just say these little guys don't live long when I see them. I can send pictures If asked for. Hope all of you are doing well! I've had a pretty good week. We had our first interviews with President Beeson. It was wonderful, I'm very grateful for his inspiration and advice. I can feel he was truly sent to this mission for a purpose.  This week we were able to put one of our good friends on date for baptism. Her name is Sister Vida and she is a mother to 5 children. She has been being taught by missionaries for long time and finally I get the privilege to be the missionary who will witness her baptism (hopefully). She has shown lots of faith and we've had some great spiritual lessons with her. Hopefully she will keep to her commitments and she will be baptized on the 19th August.
