Akwaaba! Emmanuela, William, And Moses.
Chale howfa??
Hello Everybody!! This week was good nonetheless. So let me talk.
Tuesday we had our first district council meeting of the transfer. Was quite small compared to others I've had. Our zone leaders were gone so there were just six of us. Was pretty good though. Afterwards we taught some people in our area and helped Emmanuela and William prepare for baptism.
Wednesday was a solid day of teaching. We just taught several people and were a mix of members and investigators. We are teaching some really cool people right now so it's cool to teach them.
Thursday we had our exchange with the district leader. He and his companion came to our area and we both contacted and taught in my area. He also interviewed all three of our friends for baptism. They all passed and got baptized yesterday! Was a good day of exchange though, I learnt a lot and it was a good change for the day.
Friday we did our weekly planning because we couldn't do it on Thursday. Then afterwards we went to Monsu and taught our friends up there and visited some of the members.
Saturday we did cleaning for our chapel and did a little celebration for our ward mission leader since it was his birthday. It was just us three celebrating so it meant a lot to him. Afterwards I watched the celebration of life for my Brother. Was really cool and I appreciate everyone who helped with it and participated. Love you all!
Sunday we had our baptisms! Moses, one of our candidates, was so excited to be baptized. He is the smallest one in the picture. He kept on asking, "am I getting baptized now?!?!" Every five seconds haha. Church was also good and seeing the members. After all of this we made a social media post for our page. So go look at it if you want to learn about prayer! Ask my mom for the page name because I can't remember exactly right now haha. Followers of Christ in Ashaiman I think.
Well we are also over half way done with the transfer. Less than two weeks we will get transfer news so we will see what happens. Love and miss you all! That's about it for this week. Not to much. Till next time!
Much Love,
Elder Abe Dean Busschau
