The Work Is Moving

Hello Everyone!!

Sorry about last week for sending my email from my comps email, little mishap there but thanks for the people that let me know. This last week was just a really solid week of nice work and meeting some solid people.

Tuesday we had interviews with the Mission president; nothing really happened here so was just a nice conversation. Then we met a man named Felix which we found knocking on rich people's gates. Little did we know though that we actually knocked on a church and not a house haha. It's a little hard to tell because it looks like a house and it has a huge wall around it. He seemed pretty cool though and liked our teachings. He likes his church though so we will see.

Wednesday we had district council with the good ol district. The first one of the transfers so it was good. Not too much happened after that, just some tracting and talking with people.

Thursday was a little more interesting. In the morning we got a call that a sister was pretty sick and she was going to the hospital but needed help going down the stairs of her apartment complex. So Elder Sawyer and I helped her and then four more Elders came and we all gave her a blessing before she went off to the Hospital. After that we did some weekly planning. We taught some pretty cool guys that day too. We taught them together but the funny part was that one of them wasn't even sure if God or Jesus Christ was even real and the other was a full devoted Muslim so let's just say that was an interesting lesson.

Friday was just a good day of teaching and finding, nothing too interesting there.

Saturday we met with some members and they taught us how to play Draft. It's pretty  close to checkers but definitely has its differences. Then we taught a very nice friend of ours Olivia and her kid.

Sunday we had some great investigators come to church and the cool part was That even one of them was being taught almost two years ago and he just came to church because we invited him because we just happened to see him walking on the street. The original problem was that he moved to kumasi about two years ago for work which is like if I lived in Washougal and moved to Bellingham. But it looks like he moved back recently and says he is ready to be baptized! His name is Kwame and he is great.

Not doing much today except the usual so yeah. Last week Monday I got another haircut though, it's pretty good, not too bad.

Thanks everybody for the support and love they give each week, I may not reply to every reply on the email but I read every single one!! Love you all!

P.s. sorry mom for the lack of pictures. That's my bad.

Best,

Elder Busschau.
