Solid Week
Hello Everyone! As said in my subject line, it has been a pretty solid week.
Tuesday we had a good district council and had some food afterwards. Later that day we taught our good friend Felix again. He seems to be enjoying the lessons but we feel he is scared when we teach around his pastor because he never really wants us to come when he is there. So we will continue to teach with him and see how it goes.
Wednesday we did a lot of tracting and finding new people. Not too much success that day but we were able to meet with our Muslim friend Fattah. He is always interesting to teach because we both learn a lot from each other. We teach our lesson and then he tells us the Muslim point of view. He also knows like Hebrew and Arabic and English so he is well knowledgeable. Now we don't know if he will ever get baptized anytime soon but we hope we are planting a good seed.
Thursday we did more tracting throughout the day but in the evening we went to institute which is like a scripture class with the Legon Branch and that was pretty cool. Some cool people in there and the teacher was good.
Friday not much happened. This week we did a lot of finding because nobody really wanted to meet with us for appointments so was a long week.
Saturday and Sunday we had a great Stake Conference. The speakers were good and something different that happened here that doesn't really happen in America is that all the wards and branches in the stake came to the stake Center. So let's just say there were a lot of people there!
This Tuesday we will have our Zone Conference and this Friday and Saturday I will be going on exchange so this week also seems pretty good!
Thanks for all the support everyone! Till next time. Oh and also Happy Valentines Day!
Best,
Elder Busschau.
