Baptism Time

Hello Everyone!

Not a whole lot happened this week. We are just pushing along here in Madina and Legon. I was going to have to give a talk last Sunday but they postponed it till further notice. They let us know about 5 min till we had to give it that it was postponed haha.

We did have two baptisms yesterday though!! I'd like to welcome Brother Gayos and Junior as new members of our church. Gayos was the guy I was talking about last week who had the hard situation. He was able to get baptized yesterday and will be confirmed next week. Same with Junior. Excited for both of them.

Other than that not a whole lot went on. Thanksgiving was not too bad. A member invited us over for some food. I had rice and soup then goat for meat. Super yummy of course (Sarcasm). Actually wasn't too bad though so it's all good.

We had a devotional with the area president yesterday for all of West Africa which was pretty cool. They talked about why they believe in Jesus Christ. Pretty cool to hear the different stories of people's lives.

I finish my training in about a week which also means I would have been in Africa around three months. Crazy that I've been here this long. We get transfer news this Saturday on whether we go to a different area or not. I'll most likely be staying here for a little while though. But we will see I guess.

How are you all doing? Hope all of your thanksgivings went well. Again, thanks for all of the support you all give me. I really appreciate it. I didn't get too many pictures this week so I apologise but what I got is pretty good I must say lol. Hope you all have a great week!

Best,

Elder Busschau.
